I’m the Founder and CEO of OY Consultancy, with nearly 20 years of hands-on leadership experience across manufacturing, defence, and industrial operations. My focus is on helping organisations improve performance, enhance compliance, and deliver safe, efficient, and scalable operations — particularly in high-risk, regulated environments such as explosives and munitions manufacturing.

Over the course of my career, I’ve led major manufacturing operations across ammunition, explosives, and industrial sectors, overseeing everything from priming, loading, and packing lines to ISO-compliant safety and quality systems. I’ve held senior roles with full P&L responsibility for businesses generating over $68 million annually, managing growth, transformation, and operational integrity across multi-site facilities.
